Arket is a clothing store, but they also have a small vegan and vegetarian cafe and coffee shop in-store where you can enjoy their New Nordic everyday food. They serve food such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and pastries. Head chef Martin Berg has a rich background in sustainable and sensitive cooking, as the executive chef at the Michelin-star restaurants Mathias Dahlgren and the co-founder of the Green Rabbit rye bakery and organic café in Stockholm. By offering a delicious seasonal menu based on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and traditional legumes, Martin’s mission is to inspire people to choose the positive alternative.
