Gazette
Gazette is a classic bistro in the city center of Antwerp. The restaurant serves French-Belgian cuisine and weekly changing suggestions. Think bistro food, but high-level. The chef owner @oktay_cirkin_ has always worked in the kitchen with star chefs, so he knows what he is doing. They are currently serving their game menu for which they are very famous. Since they use seasonal products, they have a new menu every month. Only their classics will always remain available such as vol au vent and beef tartare. Also, their fish dishes are super fresh and therefore change every day. In fact, everything they serve is super fresh ànd homemade. Everything from their fries to their sauces, and even their vanilla ice-cream is homemade. By the way, their fries are fried in ox fat and are SO GOOD! The interior and overall vibe of Gazette is what a bistro should be. A large wooden bar, classic elements that have been preserved, and a no-nonsense atmosphere. It’s really cozy. During summer, you can also sit on their terrace. Prices for lunch dishes are between €20 and €23. Prices for starters are between €12 and €25. Prices for mains are between €23 and €34.
