Riku is an authentic ramen noodle bar in the heart of Antwerp. They serve artisanal Japanese noodles and offer a fresh and creative interpretation of traditional Japanese noodle dishes. Everything from their noodles to their broth is homemade, and you can really taste it. All food is fresh and so good. The chef owner lived in Japan for 6 months to learn the ins and outs about the Japanese cuisine. After that he was a chef in famous restaurants such as @dojo_zendo , @dimdining and @tazu_antwerp . Overall vibes are casual and no-nonsense. The restaurant consists of one large counter to sit at. This way you can watch the chef in the kitchen, which is super fun. It gives you the feeling that you are in a real Japanese noodle bar. You can walk-in, book a table or do take-away. During summer, they also have a cozy terrace. Prices for ramen noodles are between €19 and €25. Prices for side dishes are between €5,5 and €10. Prices for wines and sake by the glass are between €6,5 and €7.
