Album
Album is a refined seasonal restaurant in the south of Antwerp. They are open for lunch and dinner and serve surprising combinations of top quality. Their homemade bread and suggested (natural) wines are to die for. Every plate is perfectly decorated and really looks like art. For lunch, they offer a 2, 3 or 4-course menu. For dinner, they offer a creatively changing 5-course menu. The restaurant is happy to create a vegetarian menu on the spot, but they have no vegan options. Their open kitchen and interior are super modern and stylish. Normally it is possible to eat on their terrace during summer, but currently there are road works making this not possible. Price for the 5-course dinner menu is €75 (matched wine arrangement is €40). Prices for the 2, 3 or 4-course dinner menu are €48, €55, and €65. Prices for apero drinks are between €10 and €18. Prices for wines by the glass are around €7 and €8. 5-course dinner menu:• Death’s trumpet ravioli – allgau blüter• White natural wine (Jacky Preys Chenin blanc Vieille Vigne nature)• North Sea crab – oxheart cabbage – white penja pepper• White wine (Ferrando erbaluce di caluso)• Skate – pumpkin – orange• Red wine (Barbera d’Alba Plaustra)• Beef tartare – tomato• Fig leaf gelato – almond – verjuice
