Kato
Kato is an authentic Japanese restaurant in the south of Antwerp. The chef owner is from Hiroshima in Japan and serves traditional Japanese cuisine. Their menu includes sushi, sashimi, different fish and meat dishes, and several suggestions. Everything is super fresh and high-quality. The interior of Kato is quite simple and sober. I would recommend sitting at the sushi counter. Here you can see the chef live at work while you enjoy your food. For me this was part of the experience. PS: They are open for lunch and dinner.
