Nordica 31 is a Nordic inspired eatery and bakery in Antwerp-Brederode. They are open for breakfast and lunch and serve Nordic inspired cuisine. Next to their famous pastries and specialty coffee/tea, they offer Nordic Street food such as buns and smørrebrød. Nordica 31 focuses on the use of local, fresh, and Scandinavian products. This coupled with quality and seasonal products with respect for traditional preparation methods. Every Thursday it's Pizza Thursday. On this day, they bake two types of sourdough pizzettes. On Suggestion Sunday, they will have various special suggestions. Visiting during the week? No worries, they also have some suggestions on weekdays.
