Bürr Bakehouse
Bürr Bakehouse is an artisan sourdough bakery and café in Antwerp-Brederode. They serve signature sourdough breads and a rotating selection of pastries and viennoiserie. To go with that, you’ll find specialty coffee from @caffenation_coffee and a variety of refreshing homemade drinks. They also offer all-day breakfast and lunch. All fresh, natural, local, and made with love. Their bread is made with only organic, locally sourced flour, Celtic sea salt, and filtered water — super pure. Their fruit is organic as well, and they offer vegan and gluten-free options. Everything at Bürr revolves around craftsmanship, tradition, and experience. From their open studio at the front, you can watch the bakers roll, shape, and layer every loaf, pastry, and croissant by hand; so cool to see. The interior is modern and minimal, with soft, neutral tones that instantly create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. They’re open on weekdays from 7:30am to 4pm, and on weekends from 8:30am to 4pm. The bakery is closed on Mondays and Thursdays. PS: Bürr also offers pick-up and free Sunday home delivery within a certain radius of the bakery. And in summer, they also have a cute patio.
