Flisvos
Flisvos is an expedition kitchen in the ‘Cadix’ neighborhood in the North of Antwerp. What does it mean? They are open 1, 2 or sometimes 3 days a week, and always serve a different vegetarian or vegan dish for dinner. Very occasionally they also serve meat. You have to keep an eye on their timetable, it varies a bit. If they’re open on Thursdays, they serve a more experimental cuisine. On Fridays, they are always open. On this day, the regular Flisvos team or guest chefs serve a different dish every week. On Sundays, they sometimes do brunch. For drinks, they serve natural and organic wines, beer, and more. You actually shouldn't look at it as a real restaurant, but rather as a folk kitchen. Their interior and overall vibe are super low key and casual. During the summer they have a cozy terrace on the water with the most beautiful view. PS: they have only been open for 1 year! On Fridays, they always serve a dish and a dessert at a fixed price of €15 and €5. On Thursdays and Sundays, prices can differ, but they are always relatively low. Prices for wines by the glass are between €3,5 and €4. Prices for beer are between €2,5 and €4,5. Prices for hot drinks are between €2,5 and €3. Prices for cold drinks are between €2,5 and €3,5. • Celeriac steak Japanese style with mushroom onion sukiyaki, kale & fried sesame dressing• White organic wine• Kombucha• Carrot cake with miso caramel
