Aster
Aster is a gastronomic restaurant in the hip neighborhood ‘Dansaert’ in Brussels. They serve a fixed tasting menu for dinner with a focus on local fish and vegetables cooked over fire. There is an option to take a beverage pairing alongside the menu consisting of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Their interior is industrial, trendy, and cozy. Their open kitchen really steals the show. Price for their 6/7 course tasting menu is €75. Price for their beverage pairing is €38.
