Nightshop
Nightshop is a trendy ‘cave à manger’ in the hip neighborhood ‘Dansaert’ in Brussels. It’s not a real restaurant, but a part-wine shop, and part-restaurant offering simple, home-cooked small sharing plates in a laid-back atmosphere. They serve simple, local, produce-led, seasonal à la carte dishes and are an all-day bar pouring drinks focusing on spontaneous fermentation. You can say they are a natural wine bar, but it’s more about quality drinks and food. They serve food non-stop, and their menu includes vegetarian, fish, and meat options. You can arrive at 12h and around 21h they start to wind down the kitchen with a smaller menu including cheese and desserts. Their interior, logo, and building itself is super cool and modern. It’s located in an old garage where many elements have been preserved. The concrete bar in the middle of the room really steals the show. During summer, they open their garage door so you can sit outside, suuuper cosy. Prices for bites are between €4 and €7. Prices for smaller sharing plates are between €11,5 and €13. Prices for bigger sharing plates are between €14 and €17,5. Prices for cheese plates are around €11,5.
