Virginia is a trendy coffee bar in Brussels-Ixelles, known for its organic matcha and specialty coffee with a twist. They use locally sourced Flemish coffee and offer unique flavors. You’ll also find creative matcha combinations that are hard to get elsewhere. Their matcha comes straight from Uji, near Kyoto, Japan. The bar has gained quite a bit of attention on TikTok, but beyond the hype, it’s also just a great spot for a good cup of matcha or coffee—definitely worth a visit. Virginia is a take-out only bar, so you won’t find seating inside. The interior is minimalistic and clean, offering a fresh backdrop for their innovative drinks. The name pays homage to writer Virginia Woolf, whose presence is also reflected in the artwork on the façade.
