Eat This is a small street food restaurant open for lunch and dinner in the north of Ghent. They serve sourdough pizzas, natural wines, varying appetizers, different suggestions, and more. They call it an “experimental cooking environment”. Every two weeks on Sunday, they do different dinner events such as taco and ramen nights. Because the restaurant is so small, vibes are very personal, low-key, cozy, and laid-back. Their interior is super industrial and trendy. During summer, they have a small terrace outside. Prices for starters are around €9. Prices for pizzas are between €13 and €22. Prices for desserts are around 3 and €22. Prices for desserts are around €8.
