Dolfijn
Dolfijn is a cute bar at the Sint-Elisabeth-Begijnhof in Ghent. It’s more of a cafe than a restaurant, but they do serve a few snacks if you’re hungry. Snacks such as olives, dry sausage, and lasagna for example. In terms of drinks, they serve an extensive range of classic and hip beers, (natural) wines, and more. Their menu looks different every week. The owner is constantly looking for new suppliers. He doesn’t want to get stuck with a few of them, so he just puts on the menu what he likes. The interior of Dolfijn can be compared to that of a modern brown pub. The bar itself is quite small and so cozy. It is run by the owner himself, which is super homey. Vibes are very casual, laid-back, and low-key. PS: They are open from Monday to Saturday from 6pm! Prices for wines by the glass are between €5 and €8. Prices for beers are between €2,5 and €6,5. Price for a lasagna is €13. • Lasagna• Orange wine
