Carmen
Carmen is a cute brunch bar and hotspot in the city center of Amsterdam. It’s a concept store, kitchen ànd guesthouse. The kitchen has become synonymous with their small café, located at the back of the store, and is now also open to the public. It’s open for all day breakfast and lunch. They serve their favorite natural seasonal dishes inspired by their travels and the food that makes them feel at home. Their menu changes almost monthly, with occasional specials. They also regularly host pop-ups, where they invite guest chefs to take over their space and menu. The interior of Carmen is super hip and stylish. The kitchen and café are small and intimate, which is very cozy and homey. They also have a cute terrace, so when the weather permits, try to secure your spot outside.
