Lera
Lera is a matcha bar and hotspot in the south of Amsterdam. They serve a variety of matcha drinks, coffee, soft drinks, and several matcha sweets, cakes and cookies. In addition, they also sell their own matcha. A ceremonial matcha from Kyushu and Uji. The Kyushu matcha offers a smooth, nutty-sweet profile with no bitterness. Their Uji matcha stands out for its rich, smooth, and naturally sweet flavour with an exceptionally creamy finish, achieved through shade-grown tea leaves. The bar is open all-day from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 5pm. Their interior is modern and trendy. I love their chrome details and sleek design. There are enough seats inside, but it is also intended as a take-out place. They have a few benches outside, but these are limited. Prices for matcha drinks are between €4 and €6,9.
