Bouche is a specialty coffee bar in Brussels-Etterbeek. In addition to coffee, they also serve other drinks and damn good pastries. They have both sweet and savory pastries. I’m literally addicted to their chocolate chip cookies. THEY’RE THE BEST! They serve both their own pastries and pastries from @mainsbxl . Sometimes the offering changes a little, but these are minor differences due to seasonality. PS: vegan options are also available! Quality, sustainability, transparency, and accountability are the values driving them. They are committed to quality in every aspect of their business and have challenged themselves to doing things in their own way. They will introduce different roasters and producers, depending on availability and seasonality. The interior of Bouche is so trendy and cute. I really love their chrome bar and colorful blue terrace. On weekdays they are open from 7:30am to 5pm (on Fridays to 6pm). During the weekend they are open from 9am to 6pm.
