Bouche is a specialty coffee bar in Brussels’ Royal District. In addition to coffee, they also serve other drinks and damn good homemade pastries. They have both sweet and savory pastries. I’m literally addicted to their chocolate chip cookies. THEY’RE THE BEST! Quality, sustainability, transparency, and accountability are the values driving them. They are committed to quality in every aspect of their business and have challenged themselves to doing things in their own way. They will introduce different roasters and producers, depending on availability and seasonality. The interior of Bouche is so pretty and cute. I also really love their funky ceramic cups and colorful terrace. On weekdays they are open from 7:30am to 6pm. During the weekend they are open from 9am to 6pm.
