Café Canelé
Café Canelé is a coffee bar and canelé shop in the south of Antwerp. The cafe serves various hot and cold drinks and 3 to 4 different flavors of canelés. They always have 2 fixed flavors, and 1 or 2 that vary depending on the season and what’s on offer. The 4th flavor is often a kind of experiment. Sometimes it’s vegan, sometimes it’s glutenfree. Everything from the canelés to the jam used to make the flavors of the canelés is homemade. All canelés are also freshly baked daily. They work exclusively with organic products, straight from the farmer. The fruit used to make the jam comes straight from the field. The interior of the café is a little bit industrial and minimalistic, but still warm and colorful. It’s so unique. They also have a small terrace, which is so cute. Price for 1 canelé is €3,8. Prices for boxes of 4, 8 and 12 canelés are €14, €26 and €38. Prices for hot drinks are between €3 and €4,8.
