Circus
Circus is an organic, vegetarian and plant-based foodbar located in the South of Antwerp. They serve breakfast and lunch, only organic and Belgian, and it’s delicious! Their interior is suuuper cool and trendy, but you can also choose to sit on their cosy terrace in the courtyard or on their terrace in front. They offer good natural wines and other special drinks such as Shirub. It’s a ‘drinking vinegar’ and it’s sooo good. I even bought one bottle for home. Their breakfast and lunch menu is different from each other, and also changes every now and then. Prices for breakfast dishes are between €6,5 and €19,5. Prices for lunch dishes are between €7 and €17,5. • Nacho pulled shroom, cheese and guacamole• Grilled aspargus - herb pesto• Eggplant - halloumi - red wine• Roasted pointed cabbage - parmesan – pistache (this was DELICIOUS!)• Sea briny bun (Samphire - lemon tartar - vegetables of the season) (this one is sooo fresh and yummy)• Pulled shroom bun (Oyster mushroom - caramelised onion – purslane) (this one is to DIE for!)• Shirub: drinking vinegar (Ginger - lemon) (suuuper yummy)
