LIL’ Bouche
LIL’ Bouche is an espresso bar by @bouche.coffee in the city center of Brussels. They wanted to change the approach of the coffee experience and invite people to explore coffee more in depth by offering different beans on the menu. You can choose your coffee based on taste and the flavor profile you prefer. Usually there are 4 to 5 different beans available on the menu, making it such a unique concept. Transparency and accessibility are at the heart of LIL’ Bouche. Everyone is welcome to be curious and ask questions. The team takes the time to talk about coffee and what it can be. Their menu will change regularly. In addition to espresso, they also serve pastries, milk-based coffee and other drinks. Milk options include oat, pea and coconut. LIL’ Bouche is a rather small space, and everything revolves around the bar. It’s the playground and the place where everything happens. They want people to feel engaged, gather around the bar and hang out together. The interior is insanely cool. The hyper modern bar sits inside a unique old building. The building is partly renovated and partly still keeps its classic elements, creating a striking contrast. I really love the combination of their green marble counter and bright burgundy walls. During summer they also have a terrace. Prices for black coffee drinks are around €3,6. Prices for milk-based coffee drinks are between €4,6 and €5,2. Prices for non coffee drinks are between €4,8 and €6. Prices for pastries are between €3,5 and €5,5. • Luis Anibal – Colombia – Natural• Flat white• Espresso• Danish pastry – apple – miso caramel - almond• Rosado Project – Colombia - Washed• La Suiza – Colombia – Washed• Sawana – Ethiopia – Washed
