Minato
Minato is a traditional Japanese restaurant located in the south of Antwerp. It is known for its authentic sushi and classic Japanese dishes. Their head chef, Ishizawa Naohito, was trained in Japan and has brought his culinary expertise to cities like Rome, Paris, and Brussels before settling in Antwerp.
