Particolare is an authentic Italian restaurant, caterer, and real hidden gem in Antwerp. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serve traditional Italian cuisine. Their menu includes pasta, fish, meat, mini pizzas, sandwiches and more. Everything is super fresh and homemade with quality Italian products. They also work with seasonal products, so their menu changes almost weekly. What’s so unique is their ‘Mangio Piano’ night on Friday. This is a special evening where they serve a set tasting menu and play live Italian music all night long. Everyone gets their food at the same time, the entire restaurant is involved and there is a great atmosphere. It’s a little bit of Italy in Antwerp. Except for Mangio Piano night on Friday, you can eat à la carte every day for both lunch and dinner. All food from their menu is also available for take-out. Since Particolare is also a take-out shop and caterer, this can be seen in their interior. It’s super casual, low-key and a bit retro even. It really looks like an authentic Italian caterer. Oh and the restaurant is also super small, which is sooo cozy. During summer, they also have a cute terrace. Prices for breakfast dishes are between €3 and €8.
