Shuk
Shuk is a Middle Eastern street food restaurant in the city center of Antwerp. The name Shuk means street market, and that’s exactly the vibe they bring to the city. You could also see it as a Middle Eastern market kitchen and pantry. At Shuk, the flavors of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem come to life with fresh-made hummus, falafel, and mezzes. They honor culture and tradition with weekly specials like Chraime and K’titzot, while adding modern touches from their diverse backgrounds to keep things fresh and seasonal, just like a real Shuk. They are open for lunch and dinner, and also offer take away, delivery, and catering. The interior is cozy, colorful, and super cute. As the restaurant is small and intimate, vibes are homey and casual. The staff really make you feel at home. There is a terrace at both the front and back of the restaurant. If you prefer a lively, sunny, people-watching setting, go for the front terrace. For a quieter, more private experience, the back terrace is perfect.
