Stable
Stable is a refined restaurant located in Edegem, outside the centre of Antwerp, but SO WORTH a visit. The restaurant is an intuitive dining concept set in the ancient stables of Hof Ter Linden, a castle domain south of Antwerp dating back to the 17th century. It’s both gastronomically ànd aesthetically pleasing. The building and interior are suuuuper cool and created by Dieter Vander Velpen and Arno Declercq. Stable serves a pure, intense, and powerful cuisine based on fresh and honest ingredients inflamed by head chef Tom Loockx. They offer both lunch and dinner. Price for 6 course dinner menu is €105 (includes both fish and meat). During lunch, you also have the option to only go for 4 courses (€85) or 5 courses (€95). They can also serve a fully vegetarian menu and make small adjustments to their servings, if they know in advance. 6 course dinner menu
